Urban Training UK is an established Training Academy, offering nationwide training courses with bases in Kent and Glasgow. We specialise in mentorships over 3, 6 and 12-month periods offering high-level training to registered and non-registered professionals.

Kate is a Registered Nurse who recently completed her Masters Degree in Adult Nursing.
Kate has been an educator for over 10 years after completing a Post Graduate Degree in Education at Manchester Metropolitan University and gaining Qualified Teacher Status from the Government Department of Education.
She is the Clinical Director of an established and award-winning Aesthetics Clinic in the South East and leads on training in the South as well as the North West region of the country.
Kate is keen to ensure our students are safe practitioners and have all the tools they need to flourish.

Dr Cemal Kavasogullari has worked within the NHS for 10 years before moving into private practice.
He worked in Head and Maxillofacial Surgery at University College London, Breast Surgery and ENT Departments at St. Barts’s Hospital before moving into General Practice and completing his training in 2017.
He served as a council member on RCGP Scotland Council as well as the Vice-Chair of RCGP’s Junior International Committee.

Isabella obtained her medical degree from University of Verona and completed her GP specialty training in Italy. She has been working for the NHS since 2012. Isabella is an expert generalist with a special interest in preventive medicine and an Aesthetic Doctor. She regularly presents at Royal College of General Practitioners and WONCA Europe Annual Conferences.
At Est-Ethics, Isabella oversees everything medical with her meticulous attention to detail and compassionate patient care.

After many years of dedicated service in the NHS as senior Paramedic, Alp moved from the adrenaline rushed emergencies to the calm and relaxing wellness and aesthetic practice. He is an experienced IV practitioner and performs a wide range of advance level non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
At Est-Ethics, Alp oversees REVIV treatments and Aesthetic procedures with an excellent patient centered approach and keen eye on natural yet refined beauty.

Dr. Barbaros has over 15 years of experience in active clinical practice with a focus on Platelet Rich Plasma applications in facial rejuvenation, hair restoration and intra-articular applications. He currently works for Monklands University Hospital in Lanarkshire.
Leeann has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years and is a qualified beauty practitioner to a level 3 standard, she is an experienced and qualified teacher and has been mentoring students for over five years.
Leeann is our skin specialist and carries a SPMU qualification. Leeann has a passion for education!

Sam has been in the Beauty and Aesthetic industry for 5 years and holds a Level 3 qualification in Education & Training.
She is starting her BSC Adult Nursing Degree in September, which she cannot wait to start.

Sam enjoys teaching a wide range of beauty courses at Urban Training Academy.

Ruth has been in the dental industry for over 20 years and is registered with the GDC and the Dental Nurse Association. Ruth also holds her AET qualification in Education and teaching. Ruth has been in the aesthetics industry for 5 years and teaches our complications training course, mental health workshops and holds marketing workshops.

Ruth leads in assisting clinics establish their clinical policies and ensuring they are meeting the guidelines.
