Simply pump your container and the base inside the bottle will rise to bring the cream to the top. On some occasions considerable pumping needs to be carried out.
 
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply a small amount of product to face and neck avoiding the delicate eye area. Gently tap and blend into skin evenly. Apply twice a day morning and night.
